PICO (BHA) Inspection units are fully outfitted with all necessary equipment to inspect and perform field repair of RSC at our Customers location.
New Tech VEDAQ-2000 Data Acquisition System Drill Pipe inspection units are state of the art with digital recording of EMI inspection to flash drive or CD for customers review.
Inspector Certifications
PICO employees are exposed to real world training utilizing and with the understanding of API, DS-1 inspection specifications and procedures. Employees go through class room training and upon completion, the certified inspectors carry the qualification that meet or exceed industry standards and ASNT-TC-1A specifications.
Calibrations
All of PICO inspection equipment is subject to calibration standards set by manufacturer, API, DS-1 and other industry standards and is traceable to NIST.
